I've purchased Charles Wysocki calendars every year for over 20 years. I like the Americana images and fund they fit with many decors. I ordered late this year so I found this to be a great deal. Excellent price and extremely fast shipping from the seller.
Have had these calendars for years and enjoy the new scene each month that goes with time of year. Haven't seen duplications of calendars because each year they change the calendar format on how the months look. Nice wall calendar. I recommend it highly if you enjoy 1800 New England small town scenes.
His calendars are the best artwork in my opinion. Everyone has their own style of calendar but I love this one and have had a new one of his for 3 years. It's fantastic and good quality. Not a wimpy calendar as I sometimes paperclip reminders for my puppy on it and it never bends.
We are great fans of Wysocki art and have been ordering an Americana calendar annually for many years. We don't understand why they changed the format of the Collector's Edition several years ago so that it will not fit into their wooden frame, but the Americana version is every bit as good and a few bucks cheaper. As long as they keep making it. we'll keep buying it.
I have purchased these calendars over the years and have saved every one of them. They are truly beautiful and have given them as gifts to family members.
What a beautiful calendar! It is even printed on really high quality, almost linen-type glossy paper. It's delivered inside a large envelope bearing all of the artwork. It's really beautiful. I'll definitely buy it again next year. Update after using this calendar for five months, I have to update that the small hole at the top that's used for hanging is constantly ripping. The calendar keeps falling down despite several attempts to tape together. So unfortunately despite it being a beautiful calendar, I am changing this from 5 to 3 stars.
Every year I get a new Charles Wysockie Calendar and I'm never disappointed. Even though some pictures are repeated from other years, I don't mind, they are all such beautiful reminders of a different time, how could I mind. I've saved every calendar and from time to time take them out and look at the beautiful artwork and detail that Mr. Wysockie was famous for. I only wish he was still alive and painting more pictures, but I'm happy that I can enjoy his talent in pictures and the counted cross stitch I do.
